“Revelation: Before and After Heaven”

 

We are doing a study on the Book of Revelation, from the perspective of knowing what God desires His people to be; so that our eternal destiny is a confident reality despite our earthly tribulations.

 

¹⁹ Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all. Psalm 34:19 (NASB95)

 

There are some people, who have surmised that all people go to heaven, and rightfully they have surmised—for all do go to heaven, but not all will rest eternally (R.I.P) there. The prophet Amos tells us that: “Surely the Lord does nothing unless He reveals His secret counsel to His servants the prophets (Amos 3:7).”'

 

In the Book of Revelation, we are discovering the secret counsel of God regarding the end of this world, and the eternal rest we will have in the New Jerusalem, the City of God.
